A transparent and structured approach to identifying, assessing, preparing and deploying qualified Vietnamese professionals.
Successful international recruitment requires more than candidate sourcing. It requires careful planning, technical evaluation, transparent communication and professional preparation at every stage. VJEC manages the complete process in close cooperation with each employer.
Every workforce project begins with a clear understanding of employer requirements. VJEC works with international businesses to identify the required occupations, technical standards, experience levels, recruitment quantity, language expectations and expected deployment schedule.
Based on this information, our recruitment team develops a suitable sourcing, assessment and preparation plan. The process may be adapted according to the industry, destination market and specific operational needs of the employer.

A successful recruitment project begins with accurate workforce planning. VJEC consults with the employer to understand the job description, technical responsibilities, experience expectations, employment conditions and project schedule.
This information allows our recruitment team to define clear candidate criteria and create an efficient recruitment plan the beginning.
Candidates are sourced through a combination of vocational institutions, technical colleges, industry networks, local recruitment channels and the existing VJEC candidate database.
Before being presented to the employer, applicants undergo initial screening based on:
Technical ability is evaluated according to the requirements of each occupation. Depending on the project, assessment may include practical trade tests, technical interviews, drawing interpretation, equipment operation or task-based demonstrations.
Employers may provide their own assessment standards or participate directly in candidate evaluation. VJEC can coordinate testing at suitable training facilities or designated assessment locations.
Candidates who meet the initial and technical requirements are presented to the employer for final review. Interviews may be conducted in person, online or through a combined technical selection event.
VJEC supports interview coordination, candidate scheduling, interpretation assistance and the preparation of candidate documents. Final selection is based on the standards and decision of the employer.
After selection, candidates may participate in preparation programs designed for the occupation and destination market. The purpose is to improve technical readiness, communication ability, safety awareness and understanding of workplace expectations.
