The beginning of our journey
VJEC International Joint Stock Company was
officially established.
The company began providing domestic
employment introduction and recruitment

Study-abroad consulting services were launched

Official market authorization
Officially provided Vietnamese workers to Japan
under a license issued by the Ministry of Labour,
Invalids and Social Affairs.
License No. 1134/LĐTBXH-GP
Obtained a renewed license for providing
services that send Vietnamese workers abroad.
License No. 1163/LĐTBXH-GP
Received authorization on June 3, 2020 to
dispatch Vietnamese specified skilled workers
to Japan.
Approval No. 595/QLLĐNN-NBĐNA
Received authorization on June 2, 2022 to
provide Vietnamese care workers for employment
in Japan.

Strategic Expansion into South Korea
Shipbuilding and maritime workforce
On February 28, 2023, VJEC received official
approval to supply E7-3 skilled workers to
South Korea’s shipbuilding industry, including
welders, painters and electricians.

On January 2, 2024, VJEC was awarded a
five-star enterprise rating by the Vietnam
Association of Manpower Supply.
On May 1, 2024, VJEC completed the required
procedures and received certification for
supplying fishing vessel crew members to
South Korea under the E10 visa program.
